LOCH LEA HOA

There are five entrances to the neighborhood and 13 cul de sacs. The HOA coordinates seasonal landscaping services to maintain a positive appearance of these common areas. For entrances, this includes a spring and fall clean up of any weeds, as well as replacement of mulch. For the cul de sacs, the primary service is weekly mowing, but we do have funds available for residents that want to make updates or transformations to their cul de sac.
