LOCH LEA HOA

WHAT WE DO

The Loch Lea Homeowners Association is a group of volunteer neighbors that want to maintain the appearance and sense of community in our neighborhood. The HOA is non-binding, meaning participation from the over 400 households is voluntary, which does limit the scope of what we are able to do. The Loch Lea HOA Board is a group of volunteer residents that coordinate maintenance services for neighborhood common areas, as well as organize ways for neighbors to connect.
